Absolutely no exchange or refund on products.

• Makeup products are delicate and once purchased we cannot retrieve them from a customers as we would have no intention to re-sell to another. 
• Please make sure that when you purchase, you choose the right shade or exactly what you need.
• Foundation testing can be done for customers who are unaware of their shade or for customers who are new to makeup.
• We ensure that all of our products are in good condition for example; not broken before packaging and before handing to any customer.
